An Act relative to the divestment of state pension funds from nuclear weapons

The bill calls for the divestment of pension funds for corporations manufacturing nuclear weapons. This bill educates the general public about the role of weapons manufacturers in the continuing production of nuclear weapons; reduces profitability of nuclear weapons manufacture by reducing public investment; and sends a message to the US Congress that we need to sharply reduce investment in nuclear weapons.
