Bianca Desousa

District Director

Bianca Coghi-DeSousa serves as the District Director to Senator Jamie Eldridge. Her responsibilities include scheduling, policy, and constituent services. Prior to accepting this position, Bianca held a public policy internship at the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCA’s where she was responsible for data entry and advocacy.

Bianca was born in Brazil and immigrated to the United States at three years old where she became a recent 2020 graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She holds a BA in Political Science and minored in Public Policy. She was also a three-year member of the UMass Boston NCAA Women’s Volleyball Team. Before transferring to the University of Massachusetts, Boston, she attended to Framingham State University, where she was also a member of their NCAA volleyball team.
